Great service! My first order was delivered in 2 working days, to a small village in the Isaan region. Phoned delivery announcement the day of delivery, very good service.I got mail-feedback from Michael immediately after placing the order (on a Sunday!) informing me of the delivery time. Promised delivery 2-3 working days, and they kept it. It was my first order of 6 different bottles, to test the web-shop, so far, so good. Can't wait to discover the quality.In the meantime, I was able to discover the various wines I bought. Three of them became my favourites, and I ordered 24 bottles this time. Great service. Ordered some wine this morning to a villa on koh samui. Tried to deliver this afternoon. I don’t speak Thai and the security guard refused the delivery first time.
