This unique blend of Arinto and Fernão Pires offers an aromatic profile of peach and pineapple, complemented by subtle hints of spices and wood, culminating in a wine with citric, fresh acidity and a delicate minerality. It is carefully fermented with wood at 16ºC to achieve its distinctive character.
