Express Same-day Delivery:

  • Price: Based on distance from our warehouses (usually from 80-500 baht)
  • Delivery Time: Within a few hours
  • Available times: Mon-Fri before 11:00 (unavailable on public holidays)

Please note: These are estimated delivery times and may vary slightly based on your specific location and order time. We strive to exceed your expectations whenever possible and deliver your order as quickly as we can. In case we do not have a certain wine in stock and need to find a replacement, we might not be able to complete the delivery on the same day. Additionally, during high season, there may be a shortage of express delivery services in some locations, which could delay deliveries.

Refund and Returns Policy

At Spirit House, we offer a 7-day window for returns and refunds from the date of your order. Once this period has lapsed, unfortunately, we are unable to provide a full refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, the item you purchased must be unused and retain the same condition as when you received it. Furthermore, it needs to be in the original packaging together with the tax sticker.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your return. This email will also communicate whether your refund has been approved or denied.

If your refund is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

In case you havenโ€™t received a refund yet, we recommend you to first re-check your bank account. Then, reach out to your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If youโ€™ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please reach out to us at the email stated below.

Sale Items

Please note that only regular priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items are non-refundable. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at the email stated below.

In the event of incorrect pricing due to technical errors, we reserve the right to rectify any inaccuracies without notice. While we strive to ensure that all prices listed on our website are accurate, technical issues such as system malfunctions, typographical errors, or data entry mistakes may occur. In such cases, we will notify customers of the correct pricing as soon as possible, and any orders placed based on incorrect prices may be voided at our discretion. We are not obligated to honor orders at incorrect prices, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Gifts

If the item was bought as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

However, if the item wasnโ€™t bought as a gift or if the gift giver had the order shipped to them to give it to you later, the refund will be sent to the gift giver and they will be notified about your return.

Returns Shipping

To return your product, please mail it to the fulfillment agent that delivered your products.

Please note that you will be responsible for bearing your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

For returning more expensive items, you might want to consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
