Appearance: Light golden yellow in colour.

Nose: Expressive and intense on the nose, with floral and citrus notes of white peach, citrus blossom, lemon zest, and tropical fruit, tied together with subtle herbal and floral undertones.

Palate: On the palate, it’s light to medium-bodied and delightfully fresh: juicy stone-fruit and citrus flavours, clean texture, and a dry, crisp finish that keeps things lively.

Pairing: Spicy dishes, Thai and Indian cuisine, ceviche, salads, grilled white fish, or sipping well-chilled on its own.
