Appearance: Deep dark colour with purple rims.
Nose: Opens with sweet cassis, black raspberries, and blue fruit, layered with crushed flowers, sandalwood, cedar, and undergrowth.
Palate: Medium to full-bodied richness with fine, powdery, and polished tannins. Delivers a long, fresh, and textured finish showing unique mineral undertones and excellent structural focus.
Ageing: Matured for 12 months in French oak barrels using 30% new wood.
Pairing: It pairs exceptionally well with roasted red meats, duck, and firm cheeses.
