Appearance: Deep ruby with purplish crimson.
Nose: Fleshy, velvety and aromatic wine, perfectly representing the Margaux appellation.
Palate: Driven by the brilliance of the Cabernet Sauvignon, the 2019 vintage affirms its aging potential, developing with age all the complexity of a Grand Cru. The Merlot grapes present a rounded profile, while the Cabernet Sauvignon offers juicy, energy and dense, silky texture to the blend.
Ageing: The aging is carried out in barrels, 40% of which in new French oak barrels.
Pairing: Best served with all types of meat dishes, roasted, braised and grilled. A perfect match with Asian dishes or mature cheeses.
