Appearance: Golden with green tints, and deepening to buttercup with age.

Nose: This white Rully excels in aromas of hedge flowers such as acacia, hawthorn, honeysuckle, very fine elderberry, violet, lemon, white peach and flint.

Palate: On the palate, it is fruity, lively and round, fat and long.

Ageing: Aged in 228L fine-grain French oak barrels with medium to high toast, for 11 months and 1 month in stainless steel vats before bottling.

Pairing: Its versatile structure makes it an exceptional partner for white meats, seafood and lightly creamy sauces.
