Appearance: A brilliant golden colour with greenish highlights.

Nose: The bouquet brings together hawthorn, ripe grapes, marzipan, hazelnut, amber, green apple and lemongrass.

Palate: Highly refined with a dense, almost oily, yet chiseled texture. An electric, razor-sharp line of citrus acidity cuts cleanly through a rich, buttery mid-palate, giving the wine incredible tension.

Ageing: Aged in 228L fine-grain French oak barrels with medium to high toast, for 11 months and 1 month in stainless steel vats before bottling.
