Appearance: An intense ruby color flecked purple.

Nose: It opens with rich aromas, dominated by black cherry, complemented by fine notes of exotic spices.

Palate: The taste is full, complex, with notes of ripe fruit, chocolate, vanilla, and raisins. The soft tannins emphasize the roundness and softness of the long aftertaste.

Ageing: After a manual harvesting at night, the fermentation takes place in stainless steel, and the wine ages for 12 months in French oak barrels.

Pairing: Steaks, sauced pork dishes, cured meat and aged cheeses.
