Appearance: An intense ruby color flecked purple.

Nose: A complex bouquet featuring blackberries, blackcurrants, plums, and cassis, often accented by notes of wet leaves, with a touch of pepper and a hint of chocolate.

Palate: Full-bodied and opulent. It is known for its jammy, ripe berry flavors and firm, velvety tannins that provide a smooth texture.

Ageing: After a manual harvesting at night, the fermentation takes place in stainless steel, and the wine ages for 12 months in French oak barrels.

Pairing: Grilled lamb, mushrooms and hard aged cheeses.
